We founded the first chapter of L&D Shakers in North America
A peer community for HR and Training professionals in Los Angeles, CA in partnership with Jane Garza and Jacey Rubenstein.

We facilitated a workshop on “Reimagining the Role of Managers in Manufacturing”
Presented at Women in Manufacturing’s 2024 Summit in Boston, MA in partnership with Angela Bradford Stevenson.

It has been a year of expanding and investing in our communities.
Our goal was to spend quality time with incredible humans. Relationships are the foundation of our work.

On a more personal note, Kelsey closed out her Los Angeles chapter and moved with her family to Tucson, AZ. She misses her LA people dearly and is looking forward to getting to know the Tucson scene.
